Lana was a joy to work with on the sale of our home. She gave excellent advice on what we needed to do to prep the house for sale; the market and pricing recommendation was spot on; she was ALWAYS at the house when someone was looking at it. Lana was so patient with us through the entire process and made sure we were always in the know. I often felt like I was her special client and maybe I was but I think she's just really good at making people feel important and heard through the process.
